If you are reading this it means you are in some way interested in promoting or restoring health and wellness in your life or in the lives of those you care for.

This website is an effort to share what I have found to be both transformational and healing based on many years involved in helping those seeking wisdom and health in body, mind, and spirit.

As a clinical physical therapy for 15 years and energy medicine practitioner teacher for 20 years I have had an opportunity to practice various approaches to healing, awareness, and functional wellbeing through multiple lenses.   In this day and age there are so many choices and options in who and where to seek guidance. There is no shortage of people or companies giving their good opinion about what to do to meet your health needs to heal faster, find inner peace, improving sleep, reduce pain, build strength,  and an array of other health related subjects. It can be confusing where to turn when we are seeking guidance in the field of health and wellbeing.

I am here to offer a balanced, holistic approach to avoid unwanted surgeries or treatments and increase strength, balance, flexibility, awareness, energy joy and overall function. I am also here to help clinicians and students integrate physical rehabilitation, yoga, marma, and sound therapies into practice.
